After seeing the physical and emotional effects of unhealthy lifestyle habits on her parents in their later years and dealing with her health challenges after menopause, she has made it her mission to help others change their health trajectory by making consistent adjustments to their diet and lifestyle. Terri lives near the beautiful Jersey Shore in Barnegat with her loving spouse of 36 years and her 10-year-old Bullie, Annabelle.

“Done with Diets”

Ever since I was in my early twenties, I have been trying different diets and working out. While at times I had success at keeping my weight off, I always fell back into old habits due to life's demands. I grew tired of having clothes in my closet that were either too big or too small and jeans ranging from size 6 to 14. My weight and emotions constantly fluctuated, making maintaining a balance challenging.

At 55, after menopause, I found myself 30 pounds overweight, dealing with chronic inflammation and pain that made it difficult to exercise and enjoy the activities I loved. I was exhausted, embarrassed, and unhappy with my body. With only five years until I turned 60, I realized that I needed to prioritize my health. I knew there had to be a solution, but I was done with traditional diets.

I was determined to find an answer and discovered that it wasn't another diet. I learned that there was nothing wrong with me and that I could lose weight, alleviate my pain, regain my energy, and rebuild my confidence without following a restrictive diet plan.

Through consistent adjustments to my diet and lifestyle, I went from despising my body and feeling uncomfortable in my skin to embracing an entirely new perspective on life. I love my transformation and how fantastic it feels to achieve what I once believed was impossible.
